Cancellation Policy
At RainRose each appointment is reserved specifically for you. In order to provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• 48 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
This policy helps protect our small business and ensures availability for other clients who are waiting to book. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
